RELEASE FORM
The Sacramento Area Miata Owners Association has a long tradition as a proactive, member-engaged club.
Our history is one of involvement.  But our club is only as active and successful as our membership makes it.  As
such, we make every effort to encourage members to PARTICIPATE in club events and also to ORGANIZE and
LEAD those same events.  And we make it easy for you to do so.  On this page you will find links to various
materials that we have provided to make event leadership a snap.  If you have any questions, contact our
Events
Coordinator.
ARE YOU INTERESTED IN LEADING AN EVENT?  Just click here to fill out an interactive form for your event.
Complete the form online, click submit, and our Events Coordinator will have all the information required to get
your event posted to the SAMOA calendar.

EVENT MENTOR PROGRAM
In order to assist less experienced members in organizing their first SAMOA event,
several veteran members have volunteered to serve as mentors or partners for that
first event.  The mentor will offer guidance in planning a route or activity, contacting
restaurants, and seeing to the details of organizing a successful event.  They also
agree to participate in the event.  The event leader is still the primary club contact,
but now you have a backup.  A link to a list of members volunteering as mentors can
be found on the member only page.
